Tejaswi Madivada’s Commitment Movie Review & Ratings | Hit or Flop?: Laxmikant Chenna, who impressed with the film ‘Hyderabad Nawab’, later tried his luck as a director with the 2008 release ‘Ninna Nedu Repu’, which went unnoticed. After a long hiatus, the director has come up with another project titled ‘Commitment’, which is slated to hit the theaters on 19th August. Let’s take an in-depth review of this movie and see if this movie is worth our time watching.
Commitment is the life story of 5 women who are struggling to settle down with different dreams and goals. An up-and-coming actress, a sexologist, a teenager, a student and a junior doctor experience the same issue in their lives, where people around them ask for commitment (sex) to give them what they want. The decision they make to stop this oppression of women in the name of connection and commitment between these characters is the rest of the story.
The star cast of the commitment film includes Tejashwi Madivada, Anveshi Jain, Amit Tiwari, Srinath Maganti, Ramya Pasupuleti, Surya Srinivas, Simar Singh, Tanishk Rajan and Raja Ravindra. Movie directed by Laxmikant Chenna and produced by Baldev Singh, Neelima Taduri. The film’s music is composed by Naresh Kumaran and cinematography is handled by Sajeesh Rajendran, Naresh Rana. Praveen Pudi is the editor.
|name of the movie||commitment|

The film completely focuses on the situations that happened during the “Me Too” movement. Most of the scenes are designed with sensuality that can engage with the audience at large, however those scenes lack intensity and miss the point that should be delivered. The story of the film is interesting, but the way it is presented on screen seems immature. Had the writing been taken care of, the film could have been better.
Tejasvi Madivada is good as a struggling actor in some scenes, Ramya Pasupuleti doesn’t have much to do in her role. The other lead actresses also did well in the roles offered and are used more for the skin and adult scenes in the film. All other actors like Raja Ravindra, Amit Tiwari played their roles well.
Technically the film looks very average. The songs and background score are fine composed by Naresh Kumaran. The cinematography by Sajeesh Rajendran and Naresh Rana is not up to the mark. The production value of the film looks poor and the film seems to have been made on a limited budget with many compromises in the shoots.
